Opportunity, no one is joking and there is no one churning. What you have is the result of Moro paying an Investor Relations company with 800,000 shares on November 10, 2010. Look at the recent filing, it is there in black and white.
If you look at the total volume since they were paid in shares, it does not yet total that many shares. Their sale of 350,000 shares yesterday took the bid to 4.5 cents and they would now be sitting on the ask at 5 cents with the rest of their shares.
At some point, I would think investors would tire of Moro paying all this money just to sell stock to more investors.
