Yup you used the examples of shares that were given management in 2006 and 2007 but were not able to give any examples of management using company funds for personal use. The fact that they had given themselves shares years ago was well known by everyone here so that is not news to anyone. Do the principals still hold the vast majority of those shares that were issued?
For this to be an ATM wouldn't they have had to sell a lot of their shares? So where are the examples that supposedly exist besides the personal shares that we all know exist?
