Hi jbsliverer.

I just wanted you to know that the last time I talked to DF was probably two months(?) ago..... I never see the guy, and I have talked to him MAYBE once on the phone.

I have no idea if he knows I am on the boards. I can tell you that he hasn't asked me to. I just came on because some investors on FB told me that there was some conversation going on about my company, and I was genuinely interested to see what was being said.

I'm not sure about the whole "razzle-dazzle", but if it's a shell, then it is was it is. In the meantime, I will do what I can with the projects I have.

I wish I could save the entire company, and maybe perhaps down the road I will be able to get the authority to do more, but for now, I'm just a VAR. Hey, you have to start somewhere.

Anyway, I've been calling around for favors, and there are a few bright spots out there.

Sigh...a shell...a shell..Let's see what happens.
