I use to be a Mod here until I started seeing the Company Officers use this stock as a ATM machine for themselves.

Can you give some specific documented examples of management using the stock as an "ATM"? Please do not include selling their personal shares in any of these examples. It will be interesting to see what comes of this inquiry.
