Yeah, I noticed that....$1.25 SF annual as compared to $3.75 SF +/- for the Shaver Street complex. I have no doubt Brown is getting a taste of the $221K I just can't find any evidence or solid connections despite running down every lead. A lot of intriging coincidence, but coincidence isn't evidence. I'll find something sooner or later with all the warm bodies and cold stock certs lying around this scam....it's inevitable. It's just difficult seeing the forest for the sleaze. All IMHO.
