I agree with this 100%

First thing is the product, does the company sell something that can be profitable. Step two is the management and its just as important.

Take a look at some of these companies that went under, and how some of them rebounded like Ford. Ford has a so so product but once a good CEO came on board, they redisgned their product and turned it around.

Steve Jobs is another great example. His leadership coupled with his creativity and marketing ability have turned that company from a has been into a dominant force in the past 5-7 years. Its a testament to his will to make that company succeed.

I feel we have that same CEO in place here. Bob is extremely passionate about building this company. He has a proven track record of success. So my faith stays in him even when I see things that sometimes make me nervous (Dutchess, Kodak delay) He has our best interests at heart, and a huge stake of his own money in ehre as well. Thats key
