Actually, a very smart man. Dean Janes has 0 credibility left with investors now that a NSE has been issued. How many times did he garantee verbally and in writing that it would never happen.....re-submit forever, he always wrote and said.....well, guess what? But in th mean time, Dean Janes is making more money than he has ever made in his life. $4M from hopeful investors. Now he is prepairing for the next $4M as he channels investor focus onto the lawyers who will bring victory after his dismal failure. The lawyers don't care if the DViS works or not, as long as Dean Janes assures them that it can. "Just a minor software problem", he will tell them. The lawyers will never challenge the main man on his word as long as the big checks don't bounce. So in the meantime Dean Janes will receive his additional 250M oustanding, soon to be issued shares after convincing investos in the upcomming PR's near you, that victory can't happen without them.

So Brick, you think he flew the device out to DC and dragged it into an elevator inand into somebody's office a few days after the FDA rejected the device?

You can put an attorney on retainer with a telephone call, a fax or an email.

Whether they do anything for you will be determined and negotiated in fuutre meetings, where of course the device will need to be seen and reviewed.

Your post is obviously valid full of common sense except what has prevented Mr Dean from showing this devise to his customers and SHAREHOLDERS ??? That appears to be what's holding back a share price of $2 +
