You forget Outstanding Shares 311,950,150 as of March 01, 2010.

Today we are 10x that many.

Companies don't increase the Outstanding shares by that magnitude without intent. And that intent 99% of the time is to dilute the stock. The other reason is to restrict them and trade them for services so the stock is not diluted.

What a better time to dilute today than before people realize how bad they are about to get F***ED
