Yes, he did...he said he called the TA and they stated they had not been mailed.

affirm, mailed out to every other brokerage except the "4" ENTI listed in the special instructions that the T/A has on file. Those 4 brokerages should receive, "electronically", while the rest will wait for the snail mail from TA to ENTI, with a list of what brokerages bought and then ENTI "hopefully" mails the certs to the 100s of brokerages out there other than the "original 4" and then if rcvd will credit to out accts! 6 mos - 1yr, imo!
