I wonder if the charges for consulting of $1,773,336.00 includes the $937,013.00 listed at the bottom of page 10 as value of shares paid for consulting. Plus another 137,750 (listed page 11) all in 2010

For a firm with a 16 mil deficit that a lot of consulting costs

I hope generates a lot of revenue
