that is good to hear...anyway, I still think there something brewing for a nice pop on this stock...Like I said, it is oversold,and most sotcks goes up and down....
Also, if Gelmon really wants to pump and dump this, I think he would of done now and more...but sometimes guilt will make any person honest...good luck to all...just my honest 2 cents opinion..

FINRA has nothing to do with trading suspensions. AVTI is still registered with the SEC and required to file timely periodic reports PERIOD. It's the LAW. Many companies reverse split to get the number of shareholders of record under 300 and file a form 15 immediately afterwords, which is required for deregistration. The problem now is FINRA rule 6490 can deny reverse splits. Penny stocks are going to start disappearing like the plague. Also, the SEC has formed a new department which only focuses on penny stocks.
