apparently JD wasn't the poor ole' innocent not so bright business owner trying his best that just kept making bad decisions over and over and over.. from the way this is unfolding he had a well arranged plan from the onset to scam Expo Holdings along with EXPH share holders, my oh my as the scam turns..
so let's see, the perfect ending would be the SEC halting then revoking EXPH shares (blame being laid on the board conspiracies of course) and D&D Displays/Cima/Harrs Handyman lives privately (and millions of dollars happily) ever after..
