Never liked it. I did some research on them a year and half or so ago and found to many signs of apparently shady dealings with clients and assorted lawsuits in their long term history.
They apparently operated under a different name at one point and I couldn't untangle whether current management was involved in those issues.
VFIN looks technically and fundamentally good to me. It would seem as though it would be difficult to find a company making a profit and with a book value of over .12 with a pps of only .37. That's why I bought in today.
