Yeah but they are equated to $0.05 if you look at the number of shares and how much SFNL owed them. They wouldn't have taken the deal unless they think that SFNL will exceed the $0.05 level in the next couple of months. If the stock had any risk of dropping below the $0.05, they would have not taken the deal. In order to feel safe about recouping the $$$, they would have expected at least a double or better, because they also would have to sell them, which could drop the price as they sell. This had to be analyzed as they went through the thought process. Come on, it's $25,000!
