2) Curing herpes? Proof is in the pudding...or the patents and issuance thereof, not to mention FDA approval...

3) just because one company targets a disease, doesn't mean that all companies must cease working on said disease....

4) Where does it state that CYGX must pay AVGI legal fees?

5) I must admit, you put alot of effort in your first post here...perhaps you could have spread it out in a number of posts....

6) did you listen to the latest Wallstreet reporter that Paulness has posted Umpteenth times?

7) My suggestion is to listen, do more DD...

have they done any animal test that has been published.

thaliowizard, To our knowledge, the judge has not ruled on the awards yet in the Waldroff lawsuit.

As stated by another poster, we don't know how far along the Uinversity of Florida is with their development of their product. As you can see in our post #17258, the University is involved in numerous products that they are trying to sell the licensing rights to. They "appear" to have a product for many, many human ailments.

thaliowizard The fact is its not a cure its a suppressive therapy ,if anything ,second, why do you think its a cure, no test were published unlike CYGX many papers ,not even a phase of concept trial,and no phase 1,2,3.Yet you tend to go wild that it the cure of the century on at best a thesis paper from some student .I have this bridge for sale you want to buy also.Cytogenix has the Patented SSDNA technology ,I don't see any patents for yours.Just because university of Florida knows how to hype up a thesis to try to hook some company doesn't make the cure real .What will the long term affects of this RNA in a person system do? CYGX technology does its thing and goes away very clean .For your first post you sure sound like a basher ,you should have started off easy and work yourself up.
