#7087 RE: warburg #7085

Hey, Warburg, I assume that AWSL is for real; otherwise, it's a very elaborate hoax!

However, I've never seen a successful Company take such a cavalier attitude towards its fiduciary obligation to its shareholders to keep them informed with timely, credible financial reporting. Well, I have noticed that sister company hasn't issued any financial statements since April 2008 - and look how well they're doing - up 40% today, all the way up to $.021 per share!!!

As you may know, I've been stuck in due diligence mode for more than a year demanding improved financial reporting before making a commitment to this Company. It's no wonder that even the longs are staying away from buying AWSL until they see the financials, the uplisting, the construction, etc. Here's a potential billion dollar company that has lost the market's confidence; how will it ever get out of the "$1.50 rut" if management doesn't level with its shareholders and the financial community. Expecting great things to happen absent improved financial reporting is not going to happen any time soon. Every company gets the management that it deserves and demands.

Let's see the 2009 audit report and the 2010 interim financials - now. Pardon me, if management's strategy is to delay the release of their mediocre financial statements until they commence construction, we may not be seeing any financials until next spring.
