My post was sarcasm in the face of disappointment. It's the first news in awhile... Good, bad or indifferent. I'm not crazy about RS either. Just in case you don't know what were up aginst here's a definition:
Reverse Stock Split/What Does Reverse Stock Split Mean?

For example, a 1-for-2 reverse split means you get half as many shares, but at twice the price. It's usually a bad sign if a company is forced to reverse split - firms do it to make their stock look more valuable when, in fact, nothing has changed. A company may also do a reverse split to avoid being delisted.
I don't know why they're doing it... I think they have a good service to provide. I think the name change will be beneficial. I think we have just been the victim of some fundraising, but having said that, I also think that with a higher, more attractive share price and a more marketable trading name and symbol that this will get a lot more investors on board.
I am really hoping that as these things come to fruition that they also have another major health care contract to announce.
As far as my knowledge of the company, I have access to the same DD as you do and have searched as deep as I care to. I'm not a pumper, nor am I privvy to inside info. I'm just an investor who thought that the company had the right stuff to turn things around and was starting to get contracts again.
I also have written the company and have received no response to date. I moderate the board because no one else cares to. I post news when I come across it, and remove TOU violating posts.
Being a Mod doesn't gift a person with an understanding of why companies do what they do or make me an expert on the stock.
I looked at your posts and although overall I would have to say that you are a rather antagonistic individual, I will give you the benefit of the doubt that I wish you would have allowed me.
We have two choices, cut your loss and find something else to invest in or stick it out and see if this company can somehow regain a shadow of what it once was.
I'm hoping for the best for this company and it's investors. Good luck to you and all who read this. Those who know me on IHUB hold me in regard as an optomistic, good natured man who is just trying to make some good investments.
