Here is a short email that I will send out shortly for starters:

Hello Terry,

I have recently become a shareholder of your company along with over 600 shareholders on record. There have been developments that the company has made that are quite positive. I am perplexed however with the lack of updates to shareholders concerning these matters, are they not material events for a publicly traded company?

At your current share price of 16 cents and your disclosure that management feels the stock is undervalued is quite an understatement. The past few months have indicated this stock is lacking leadership. Yes, I believe Heartland is making great strides but one may have a great company but a failure of stock price reflection. I and others would like to know what plans you have of informing investors what this public company is doing today and in the future?

Thank you for your time, I hope by early next year this company reflects its true value in stock price. At these current levels it does make me wonder if there are any behind the scenes price manipulation factors.
