"If the S-1 isnt completed within the next 7 days, i will be very surprised. I'm actually surprised they havent already been submitted."

SW must be in total anaphylaxis that the "completed financials" haven't been submitted since Jan. 5, 2010.

Well the saying goes...."Third times a charm". Since this is the second time around for the audit, perhaps we'll hear in the spring that the audit is "complete" - again- who knows, something might happen! LOL!
