Noodleberry - I talked to guy named Greg. I looked into GXP filings since they own KCPL. He is NOT one of the big wigs. His card says he is business division consultant. He is the contact for my business' electrical solutions. I have dealt with him one other time when one of transformers looked to be leaking and had not been PCB tested. First time I met him face to face. Hope to hear from him tommorrow. If not, I'll call him.
