institutional placement? unsure

I know institutions have been acquiring the stock for past few weeks, and the firms in the syndicate have strong institutional placement desks. They sell to hedge funds who just buy and throw into the drawer for long-term hold. Im sure some of those fims also have mutual fund clients, but unsure how many of those could buy a stock under $10...my guess 60%+ was/will be placed through the institutional desk.

May take a couple of hours for the nervous nellys to sell out after seeing the news, but those shares are going right into the syndicate clienst hands. By 11am most who wanted out this morning will be out - 4.40 is a floor set by Jefferies, anything under that will be bought with violence.
