The source will always come back to the company to perform, in this case BEHL has failed to deliver in one years period of time a commercial product after a huge capital raise that resulted in a PPS of .155 and millions of shares sold. They present the "commercial" ready aspect and failed to deliver on time and beyond a reasonable delay. BEHL was to be "profitable" Q2 of this year, that of course never happened and well they have diluted shareholders equity into the ground tring to get a completed product that deliver the results promised for two years now. It is on them to provide the confidence in their business model, not shareholders.
