Dilution is always a possibility - I am just surprised the pps is rock steady. Maybe the dilution (if that is what is occurring) is/was pre-arranged at a set price? Unsure.

I really thought we'd see some buys at .003 and burn thru the .003 pps quickly. Not happening (yet).
