thanks for sharing the dd work. to clarify the question of product catalog, one can simply call the co and pose as a buyer to get some info.
in the co.'s web page it says:
"In addition to our patented tools, Grifco designs and manufactures over 350 products for the Oil and Gas industry"

Just like the other PR's for this company, this share buyback was greated initially with buying, but then "someone" (dumpers?) are right there to sell into it. Once again, I ask. WHO IS SELLING???? Why on earth would you be selling when the stock is overall at the lowest points it has ever been at despite the news being better than it has ever been???

There can only be one answer - can't there??
