2 For today's PR and 1 for 88 million shares, Am I thinking this correctly?

Silver Bell West is separate from all 3 Form D(s).

Silver Bell West is totally separate from those Form D. That is my speculation about thinking BIG. Because we went with PLP's NAK instead of FCX up there in Alaska who's to say we cannot go with Resolution Copper here in Arizona instead of FCX.

Speculation because Rio Tinto is a major shareholder of NDM then NDM is a major shareholder of LBSR.
