Yes, as a major shareholder of NDM then NDM of LBSR. Then, I noticed Goldenn's post and it confused me. I did not see today's form D.

Form D "Sale of Securities", this is the 3rd one.

We are raising more capital(IMO). I can see Rio Tinto more prominent in Silver Bell, if that is the case based on Resolution Copper, Superior, Arizona. I should add due to the "contiguous" factor seen here.
