I think they ran out of money for now or the dividend is less then the cost of sending the dividend. The shareholder has to pay the cost of sending the dividend. My cost was around 9%, I have alot of shares.

I sent my full data twice including a follow-up email asking them to notify me that they received my data. I have over 600,000 shares.

I don't know what the problem is, but if I don't hear from them by December, I'm going to file a formal complaint with all the appropriate Federal agencies including the OTC.
