This is good news. An appeal to the ruling would have delayed this project considerably, well into next year, jeopardizing millions in RECs. The expedited schedule is now maintained. PSNH/Laidlaw thinks that it can gain approval by the end of the year, or would have appealed to the SC.
Disclosing terms publicly is a long term disadvantage vs competitors, but has no bearing on whether it is in the best interest to the rate payer. Now we wait to see if the PUC finds it so or not.
