This would be great to see as I too have been accumulating down here but my doubts are that would this not be considered insider trading? I wouldn't disclose to much or go around mentioning this if I were you. Just accumulate and let others jump in after news is released

Jen, I'm excited that you stopped by but I will express the same concern bailee mentioned..be careful about how much information you might reveal just in case it is insider info. Also, don't be surprised if you are met with a little skepticism here - this board has had its fair share of rumors and we can be a little wary at times. I do look forward to seeing what the next few days might bring!

I hope you are here a week from now. It is kind of irresponsible to post a "I got a secret" message publicly unless you can provide details about your information. I along with many others hope for good things from RNWF but, if your here blowing BS you will feel the wrath of many dissapointed investors waiting on this stock.

It's been over a week Jen and the sp is not multiples above where it was on the 16th, the day you posted this. That's probably due to how suspicious it was of you coming here and setting up the board for the news that has since been pulled. While there's a remote chance that it could happen, I've seen where the same thing was pulled, so I remain doubtful, as apparently everyone else. We'll see.

Yes, this is a Merger, see Section 1.1 of the Agreement:

"It is proposed that CPV shall commence an offer (the "Offer") to acquire Renewal Fuels at the equivalent price of $0.12 per Company share..."
