my pleasure bud. just so you and the rest know...the other 2 remaining convertible debentures read as follows:

Price 55% of the average of the lowest 3 trading prices past 10 days

So those will be off of the intraday lows no matter what the closing price is.

The frustrating part is we never know which of the convertibles are being activated and converted, but at least we can try to lessen the impact of the shares by closing strong each day.
