If I was to speculate....the performance of the stock has been horrible this past year...that usually means changes at the top...I am sure the performance of the stock and its current value is going to be a hot topic...

I hope the BofD decides to go steady and slow.
I suggested t Melgarej that if he needs trucks he does profit sharing with locals.
If you read papers by Sandri, one of his specialties is getting locals to feel they have an interest in the success of the company. Another is preparing the company for listing.
I think if Melgarejo felt noboby was going to dump he might be comfortable with a cautious approach. I think dilution to raise money could be the worst thing right now.
Everybody should email him now expressing their support. So far he has delivered and then some on all his projections.
It is pretty safe to assume this is a bull market for gold and that if the price gradually rises, the price of this stock will do the same. This fundamental strenght in the stock may help to find partners who will not fell they can take advantage of the present situation but want to proceed in everybodies best interest, including the share holders.
