am I misunderstaning? If I give equity to a business in lieu of cash to pay for a product or service with a restriction date or price and the business decides to sell/convert the given equity then of course I gave them the shares but that was for product/service needed to grow...but it doesn't raise the O/S shares.

Now if i decide to issue more shares from the A/S then that will increase the O/S accordingly. But the O/S per the IR hasn't risen and he can see that daily, he said to me today via the phone. The Float he cannot see.
