What better person to represent Imaging 3 than James Cohen. He has 17 years with the FDA and just left in July 2010? I would guess that still knows many that work there and is current with all FDA procedures. He had many years in FDA management. I feel he would be the logical choice for McDermott Will & Emory to place on the Imaging 3 case.
