ibman: imo the important thing with a pink sheet is not the PRs usually, unless you are trying to sell into a rally then they are critical since normally all they have is stories.
The story a pinkie puts out is anywhere from decent to too good to be true, the dreams a pinkie creates are the same as the PRs, the results are 99% of the time disappointing and so is the SP longer term.
Take a course in Craps 101 it will serve you well in the world of pinksheets. You can't go too far astray selling on news if it is a great story, hanging on is a formula for disaster normally.
