Yes I do. To think otherwise, you have to assume the Federal Court is going to be dictated by the State Court. I don't think the Federal Court is going to pay attention to the State Court. It would have been naive to believe this case wasn't going to be extended. Has there ever been a case like the state court case that hasn't been extended. I do think there are ways Tmob can make a deal within the time frame without being at risk.
You are overlooking one important thing. The stay demands that if either party finds they cannot proceed to a settlement for any reason, they must immediately inform the court and the trial is back on. That has not been filed, so the parties are continuing to work toward a settlement.
