FINANCIAL AUDIT: When you go public direct, you must initially have your financials audited by a PCAOB registered CPA firm. When you go public by reverse merger with a Pink Sheet shell company, your financials do not need to be audited. Thus, reverse merger saves the cost and hassle of the audit. Financial audits can be quite costly and time consuming.
