The information I have recieved says yes. The plethera of attorneys involved and their fine print is the likely cause of the delay. The word I get is that the deal is all but done, just needing to finalize matters and a whopper PR should be out soon enough. I know I can hardly stand the wait but, it should be well worth it as I feel this upcoming news will launch us into multi-penny-land with no looking back. Best hold those shares tightly even after news because with the uplisting now moving forward, and other projects to come online, this will remain upwardly mobile for quite some time, with little if any retreat.
