Since the a/s hasn't even been maxed out yet, the chances of a r/s are pretty nil anytime in the foreseeable future. If the a/s becomes close to being maxed out, then the question might become more viable. Until then though...
However, in the event that LFBG designed to go to AMEX/NASDAQ, then a r/s might be performed. IMO, that's the only reason there'd be a r/s. Otherwise, since there's presently no history of r/s, and the company is now beginning to generate substantial revenue, r/s becomes unnecessary and rather highly unlikely.
