You could say the same thing about Apple Inc, but those shareholders seem to be doing ok.. Sometimes, I think it's extremely beneficial for a company to keep a war chest on standby. It gives them opportunities that there competition does not get due to lack of cash.

Also, not too sure that it's 'easy' to get 20% ROI..especially when most companies only put there cash in short term cash/equiv. Not sure I want that cash hoard sitting in junk bonds or anything..although they could buy some shares of CCME without hurting my feelings!
