I agree with Jax. This is a done deal. Also remember, there could be further distributions to CEMJQ holders based on funds remaining from the Disputed Claims Reserve, that is in fact highly likely given the way previous claims were paid at way less than the claim amoubt.
How much...? When...? No one knows.
The confirmation does specify a quarterly report on the status of the outstanding claims, the disputed fund reserver, the disbursements to 13A, etc. I think SVP, Canyon and other big holders will stay on top of this.
