My stink'n shell did that I'm playing. They are gonna park an Oil and Gas company in that one. At least they gave an after hours nt10Q. update within the week from the new CEO.
I would assume CBIS with real ongoing buisness and the dividend thing comming up, a stink'n Q report would be the minimum to pull off. Sucks and kills another level of credibility. This sucker better start to run.
