Rich, you and Spence have been wrong 100% of the time with your predictions. Why kick a dead horse? You have to start looking at situations with a new mind set so that you can regain credibility.

In case you haven't noticed the whole thing is a process. Just how real business and government work. No worries.

PSNH also has the option of appealing the PUC ruling to the NH Supreme Court, which would be a new set of individuals (the appeal at the PUC was to the folks who made the ruling in the first place, which is always tough)

Yeah, that memo is old Ricky Bobby. Tell your step-dad, Jelly Roll Johnny, that we received it. Unfortunately for you and the other 8 people opposed to the plant, this will not effect the final outcome here. Even if the PPA needs to be tweaked a little bit to accommodate the whining invalids. No way is this project not moving forward. Do a little more research here. No single project in NH has ever gone through the SEC process and been approved, only to be shut down & permanately dismantled by the PUC. No one is here to deny this project. It's too big. Everything will be worked out to see this project succeed. Can't wait to meet father & step-son at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
