yes the law firm will have to review the application and see the dominion in action

i think the law firm is going to reccommend taking advantage of the IDE approval and placing a unit in the field

i am not sure Dean has a total ready for prime time unit...i think he has a prototype that even if it does the real time 3D thing i bet the images dont look all that hot...as it would take more horse power (or whatever the term in Radiology would be) and alot more money to get the unit to produce top quality images...this would also explain Deans reluctance to show images...because although they might be 3d in nature they might not look all that great to us lay people

so i think what is going to transpire in the next few months is negotiating with some hospitals/universities to place a unit at thier facility under the IDE approval

after that they migth have something to argue with the FDA as to why they made a mistake issuing an NSE or they might come to the conclusion that PMA is the only route to go

we should not really care about that honestly....all we want is the stock price to recover and that can be accomplised with IDE placement
