TSTC: no you cannot compare those 2 #. A/R increased by 45MM in the nine-month period while the 70MM is total rev of nine months, not the increase of rev. in the same period.
If you want to compare apples with apples, you need to compare A/R increase with rev increase (in other words: how much did the A/R increase by compared to an increase of rev in the same period?). For the nine months period ending Sep 30, 2010, the A/R increased by 45M while the ttm rev increased by only 32M over the same period. While the absolute amount of A/R will increase with ever increasing rev, the ratio of A/R-to-rev should not unless they are not able to collect an A/R proportional rev. That seems to be a problem with TSTC.
