I think your right. Although, it has pretty much the same info as a 10-Q .It doesn’t appear they filed it as one. I own a few other stocks that also came out with their 10-Qs today and it is clearly stated as a 10-Q.
I don’t know if it matters if they file it as one...I guess as long as it gets filed it may be ok. However, I do find it odd that the attorneys are not going the extra step to file it as one. Especially if they are trying to get an up listing. One would think since they are doing everything by the book yet fall short on not reporting it as a 10-Q would to me seems a bit sloppy on their part.
I do hope we hear something from the company today or tomorrow. I know words sometime speak for themselves but IMO we really need to hear from Mr. Fytton in his own words....What’s up.
