Exactly. Speculation on who may or many not be posting currently or in the past is against the rules of this site. The board is to discuss RCCH - not Users on this site.
I understand there's some theory that a lawsuit is going to be filed in conjunction with the above speculation. If and when that occurs, then the situation will be evaluated to determine how that fits into the TOU. Until then, this whole discussion is off topic at minimum.
