Bill, it's getting really tough to keep track of all these JV partners.


You almost need a spreadsheet to make heads or tails of this.


You'd think that Cerro and Medinah would have a little higher cap. if so much of the world is aware of how great these properties are.


These are the only properties I can remember that keep getting better and better without any real exploration work being done. If they continue doing nothing for another 10 years can you imagine how VALUABLE these properties could become?
