Lol, hey Champ! Btw, yes, that's what I was referring to jokingly in that post. And, fwiw, if I had that particular stock, I would think very long and hard about holding. Almost every cash buyout offer in the pinks has been fake. Until there's a real tender offer, it's probably bogus. Maybe not, but, probably. No company needs to advertise everywhere, be pumped hard, everything, if they have a real offer like that. Too much of a premium, at a interesting pps point, high but just below enough, so, no, I think that one is highly suspicious at the least.
Btw though, I'd love to tender my MEVT shares at .97 at this point !!!
