Are you saying that they want every text they receive to be routed to a number in the area code from which it originated instead of going to their main HQ?
Since you state, 2,850 per month "OR MORE," perhaps your DD isn't as accurate as you would suggest.
Well, why don't we just have Blackhawks or Ike chime in on exactly what monthly fee they are paying....or you can post your link/DD to back up what you assert.
I'd be happy if Lenox is throwing that much money per month GOIG's way, but doubt that it's happening.
