Haven't been able to watch for awhile. After reading post for a few hours I'm impressed with the fight that has been given. Doesn't seem like the judge gives a rats ass that this company is being stolen by management. A manager from the night shift at McDonalds could run abitibi with the value this is going to have going forward. Do they really deserve 8%? While nothing to shareholders what a crock. I have no doubt the markets will show the shareholders were right going forward. It's a damn shame that an I-told-you-so seems to be all Carrey wants to leave you with.
